The Edmonds Woodway Amateur Radio Club serves amateur radio radio operators in South Snohomish and North King Counties of Washington State. Our meeting place is the Mountlake Terrace Community Senior Center. Meetings are on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00PM.
Legal Status
The Edmonds Woodway Amateur Radio Club is affiliated with Amateur Radio Relay League (ARRL). The ARRL provides the club with liability insurance.
The club is incorporated as non-profit organization in Washington State. However, the club is not registered as a non-profit organization with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) under section 501(c)-3 and so any donations to the club are not tax-exempt.
Call Sign
The club call sign is is N7EDW. The call sign trustee is John Vanderbeck KM7O. This call sign may be used for events such as field day and contests. Using the call sign requires the permission of a club officer.
Membership
All those interested in amateur radio communications are welcome to join.
